Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the domain. app and website at getdoma.in (together, the “Service”), operated by Lior Pesoa (“we,” “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

What the Service is

domain. helps you keep track of domain names you own — their expiry dates, registrars, and status — and watch names you may want to claim. We are not a domain registrar. We do not sell, register, renew, or control domains. Information such as expiry dates and registrar names is drawn from public registry data (RDAP/WHOIS) and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Always confirm important details — especially renewal dates — directly with your registrar. The Service is a convenience, not a system of record.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding agreement where you live, to use the Service.

Your account

You can use the Service anonymously, or sign in with Apple or Google. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account; this permanently removes your saved data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others’ rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Scrape, resell, or build a competing dataset from the Service’s data or APIs.
• Misuse the contact form to send spam or abusive content.

Notifications

Expiry reminders and monitoring alerts are provided on a best-effort basis and may be delayed or fail to deliver for reasons outside our control. Do not rely on them as your only safeguard against losing a domain. Keep auto-renew and reminders configured with your registrar as well.

Affiliate links and third parties

Some links to registrars are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you act on them, at no extra cost to you. Registrars and other third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them or for any transaction you make with them.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its name, design, and software, belongs to us and is protected by law. These Terms don’t grant you any rights in it beyond using the Service as intended. The domains and content you add remain yours.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that domain data is accurate or current, that notifications will be delivered, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of a domain, data, or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service — including any reliance on its data or notifications. The Service is free; our total liability for any claim is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms or the Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
